It's all the craze these days to add a hint of salt to chocolate or caramel. Lindt have done this to their basic milk chocolate truffle and little sea salt. It's in no way overpowering and doesn't run through the whole chocolate. It naturally adds a salty side note to the smooth creamy Lindt Lindor filling.
